About Veterinary Cancer Care

Jeannette Kelly, DVM founded Veterinary Cancer Care (VCC) in 2004 because of a shortage in specialty veterinary care in New Mexico. Dr. Kelly said, “My goal is to let people know that cancer in pets is not a death sentence. With early treatment, we’ve seen amazing results, and treatment doesn’t have to be unmanageably expensive.”

Our aim at VCC is twofold. We strive to provide our patients with the best possible treatment and, of equal importance, support the pets’ family both emotionally and by providing clear, comprehensive information regarding the pet’s condition and treatment.
